What Makes a Valid Bingo Card?
A standard American 75-ball bingo card is a 5x5 grid where each column is tied to a fixed number range: B holds 1-15, I holds 16-30, N holds 31-45, G holds 46-60, and O holds 61-75. This layout matters for gameplay: when the caller announces γB-12γ, players only need to scan the B column. A valid card never repeats a number within a column, and the middle cell of the N column is traditionally a FREE space that every player gets for free. This generator follows all of these rules and additionally sorts each column ascending, which makes cards faster to scan during a game.
